As the Founder & CEO of Al Rauf Corporation, he has successfully delivered a wide range of high-quality residential and commercial projects across Karachi. His deep understanding of project execution, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics has been instrumental in expanding the Group’s footprint and driving consistent growth. Saqib is actively affiliated with leading industry organizations, including ABAD and KCCI, and is recognized for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and commitment to building trust through quality.

As Co-Chairman, he is actively involved in overseeing the development and operations of Al Rauf’s marriage lawns, event spaces, and multiple construction sites across Karachi. DANISH BIN RAUF

With over a decade of experience in construction and real estate development, Eng.Danish Bin Rauf leads Al Rauf Group with a vision to deliver excellence in urban living. A structural engineering graduate from Sir Syed University (SSUET), he began his career as a Structural Engineer at Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), contributing to secure and sustainable city infrastructure. As a former Chairman of ABAD (South Region), he has played an active role in shaping industry standards and strengthening the construction sector’s regulatory framework. Under his leadership, Al Rauf Group has delivered premium projects like Al Rauf Gold Raas, SkyTower, and SkyCorner, setting new benchmarks in luxury, innovation, and smart urban development.

Tariq Mehmood is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and project leadership. At Al Rauf Group, he leads the sales and marketing division with a focus on strategic growth, client engagement, and brand positioning. He previously served as COO at LIS Developers, Senior Manager Project Sales at Zameen.com for 6 years, and Sales Director at Stoneage Builder & Developer. With a strong grasp of market trends and a results-oriented mindset, Tariq plays a key role in driving the success of Al Rauf Group’s projects.
